I would like to hear your thoughts on the Holy Land's severe wetback crisis, which may even be worse than America's.  >:(

Part of the reason Israel welcomes so many Russians of such an ambiguously Jewish background is demographics. Even left-wing Zionism wants a Jewish majority.

an attempt (an success) by the eruv rav regime to stay in power. Religious Jews wont vote for them, neither would arabs, Russian goyim are their best ticket for power.
 + secular zionism's close connection with russians since many of the founders were from russia, and for them real Jewishness didnt matter, but was defined not positivly but negativly by anti-semitism. So since many of the wetbacks would also be killed (for having one great grand father as a Jew, they can relate.
  - we have to be the opposite, we are proud Jews not because we have some land, but because G-d choose us to be his special beloved nation, the elect, and gave us his Torah which defines who we are as Jews.
