This is like Ukraine wanting us to call Kiev "Kyiv".

Every language has a different name for specific countries and cities. As long as it's a variation of the local name, why do they complain? It's not like evil people call Jewish cities by Arab names like they do with Shechem which they call Nablus but rather like Yerushalayim is Jerusalem in English.
