Not fair but more reasonable than 1400 to 1.

  Both “fair” points. You cannot unfortunately
  expect “fair and even” swaps from the irrational and
  unjust. The biased, corrupt and rotten current admini-
  strations of the United States and Israel have got to
  enforce a  ‘fair and just policy’ for these matters that
  has got to be unconditionally abided by so that “fairness”
  is meted out on “merit.” Prevention of and zero tolerance
  for the atrocities that occurred or any atrocities whatsoever.
