ONLY 3-4 hours
-
somewhere between 7-8 hrs. + I don't like to get up early in the morning, around 9 or 9:30 am.
-
I sleep 4-6 hours a night sometimes with a short nap of around 20 minutes after I get home from classes and before I start homework and reading. I almost never get 7 hours of sleep during the week, and frequently I get around 3 hours but 4-6 is the average. On Friday and Saturday I sleep 8+ hours though.

Why did they operate on you? Was it related to the army?
I was shoot twice. And I am very happy not to have it done again.
It hurts like a B****! :-\
And still does, the bullet burns a track deep inside and the scar tissue never quite recovers.
Which they forget to mention at basic. ???

Can you guys please explain how you can sleep 4 hours per day and still drive safely and function at work? I get 8-9 hours of sleep per day and would never compromise my sleep for anything.

Practice ;D Sometimes its not a choice to be made it is just what happens. I have many years of night shift and night montioring that buggers up my sleep. Your body clock and ability to cope with lack of sleep increases with more exposure to it.
