I don't know if they have any Arabs employees. It's not impossible. Still most of the workforce are Jews and the owners are Israeli Jews (maybe some foreign investors too?) but not Arab. I think you should make your decision just on the merit of their product and your requirements. It's not the same case like Soda Stream that employs thousands of Arab workers in Samaria in an industrial zone that specifically caters for Arab cheap labor.

The case of Compulab as far as I know, most of their workforce is engineers and technicians. The assembly work as far as I know is also done in Israel and almost certainly most of the assembly workers are Israeli Jews.

By why would you buy their system rather buy parts assemble small form factor system yourself?
