For me, Italian. Anything loaded with tomato, meats, cheeses, and alfredo makes Chaimfan go nuts. :-D

All of them, with chinese being lesser so.

I like food to be adventurous, and something to talk about.

Stuffed grape leaves are. If you make them vegetarian and dip them in the yogurt sauce.Or one can make them with ground meat and skip the yogurt sauce completely.  It's very common in the middle east and I got it from my Jewish cookbook

Aren't the stuffed vine leaves called Dolma. Yep, they're delicious, have you tried Tabboulah salad, its common in Israel I'm sure.

I like tabouli.

Stuffed grape leaves usually have rice in them and are not meat or dairy.

I like it very sour with extra lemon juice but very little corriander.

There is a cookbook, called Jewish Princess’s guide to cooking, that’s in every book shop at the moment. Is that the one you have?

I just ate cous cous.

I can make the best cous cous ever. 8)

Mills, you wouldn't need to check it out, i think its just lasagne and other non-jewish specialities made in a jewish "style". Just a scam to sell more books.
