The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in Exile is privileged to welcome diplomatic-consular representatives to the Republic of Serbia (in accordance with the Note No. 307/06 dated June 09 2006) and to inform them about the colonization and assimilation of Serbs, and also to warn that in RS Krajina, Croatia and Kosovo-Metohia (even today) are applying drastic colonial measures against ethnic Serbs, including the seizure of real-estate and non-real estate property.
The Government of RS Krajina is trying to convince diplomatic-consular representatives that the violation of the individual and collective rights of Serbs in Republic of Croatia and in Kosovo-Metohia is an everyday event. Instead of the UN and EU standing against such practices – a characteristic ascribed to Germans against the Jews during the time of Adolph Hitler - they are helping this inhumane program based upon Croatian and temporary Kosovo-Metohian administrative institutions. The greatest help to the violation of the human rights of Serbs, beside UN and Western European countries, is provided by the Vatican and the USA, who are threatening the Serbs even with armed attack.
The Government of RS Krajina is reminding diplomatic-consular representatives that the right of private property worldwide is inalienable and one of the basic and fundamental human rights – protected by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and lawful codes of each country. Despite that, the Government of Republic of Croatia and temporary government of UN on Kosovo-Metohia have made it possible for Croatians and Albanians to possess the property of Serbs in those regions. Such property includes personal effects, real estate, vineyards, forests, valleys, vehicles of all sorts, and so on. The temporary government in Kosovo-Metohia and the Government of Croatia have attacked and seized Serbian state and church property, which is a humiliating event against the Serbian Republic (known to be a founding member of the UN), especially with respect to the fact that it is supported by the USA, Vatican, UN and the EU.
The Government of RS Krajina is reminding everyone that it is the last moment for the UN, Vatican and the West's behavior toward the Serbs to be questioned and judged, since their representatives are quoting that such measures toward the Serbs are “something that cannot be applied to other ethnicities and countries in the world”. They are also explaining that “the taking of the part of Serbian territory (Kosovo-Metohia) cannot be applied to the other members of the UN”. Those kinds of statements inevitably harken back to the decisions of the Germans against the Jews – before and during World War II - when it was judged that their property should be seized and they themselves be physically exterminated. The Serbs were deprived of their property and were bombed by NATO in 1999 with depleted-uranium bombs – which harkens to the first measure of the physical extermination of Serbs.
The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in Exile takes once again the opportunity of repeating the expression of its high regard for the Diplomatic and Consular Representatives in the Republic of Serbia.
