I walk to and from my car!

10 minutes walking distance  - 20 minutes in total counting there and back. (morning, evening)

That is how far away I have to park my car to avoid paying for parking!!!

what`s your height and weight?

I know a few people built like you.. You are built for lifting weights! You may have a slow metabolism but you can turn it to your advantage with exercise..

Stop looking at these silly drop 10lb things or quick weight loss nonsense.  Some guys wish they could gain weight!

That is a bit overweight..   You don`t look 190lb in the big picture.

Having a fast metabolism, I don`t really know your situation.. But I have seen that in most cases people say they eat healthily, and then I see them eating the most stupid things.

I noticed you started a thread on beer!!

That is extremely high in calories.

Judging by your picture, and the head picture.  You seem very social and active.  You are probably doing alot of comfort eating and social eating/drinking..  Are you eating with friends every day and are they a bit overweight?

I personally don`t buy much food.. I just eat to live.. I prepare healthy food, it bores the hell out of me. Then I have to eat it!

You prob need alot of food in the stomach, to take all the beer. Which prob makes you relax more and
-buy- more unhealthy ready made food. And not think about it as bad

Just some guesses..

But the beer is blatantly going to add calories..

There are probably many other silly things you eat and drink that you haven`t really noticed..

But asking about beer while looking at ways to lose weight, is like the guy in a program we have in britain.. and in the beginning of it, he says "Make Poverty History. Cheaper Drugs Now"  He is so high on drugs he doesn`t realise the contradiction.

oh, that's prob ok...
I have a friend that isn't fat.. but he is about 5'8 14 stone..
Yet anybody else his height/weight is massive.
If he was a boxer he'd be screwed, 'cos boxers his weight are really dangerous!!
A thin/small framed person at 5'7 is about 130lb (less than 9.5 stone).. So it's strange.. Gives you some idea how much difference a big frame makes!!

do the neighbours mind?

some women look out the window while they wash up..

others like to go to the garden and admire the scenary, without any male (or female even!) body in the way!
That includes the scenary across the fence.

I don't see why they would mind, not like my neighbors can peek into my yard

most of my neighbors are rednecks anyways.

Yeah, it's pretty amazing how people carry weight differently.  You're right, if we were boxers, we would be screwed, though those little guys have better hand speed than the heavyweights. :::D
