(IsraelNN.com) Muslims under the age of 14 comprise 25 percent of the 486,100 children in Israel, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.

The total number of Muslims in Israel, not including Judea, Samaria and Gaza, is 1.2 million, or 16.5 percent of the total population. There also are 200,000 non-Muslim Arabs.
