In Vitro... of course... I'd imagine there were fertility drugs involved to get the eggs in the first place. I'm not an expert in this area though... as I am extremely virile, and my wife is half her age.

People, whatever you think of a 70 year old giving birth to twins, let me remind you all that we have no quarrel with Indians. So calling them dot heads is just not nice. We have several Indian members here like Ashish and Artgigo.

it's not just old age that can cause a man to look drained..

infact, perhaps ejaculating too much / too much sex, can even cause a young man to look drained!
An old person should do far less than a young person.

In the old days people knew about this. I think the RAMBAM wrote somewhere about spotting the drained look and diagnosing that the person has had too much sex!
