Hon. James David Manning, PhD says the World Net Daily wrote an article explaining how Joe Biden joked about how Dick Cheney left Obama's birth certificate in the Vice President's desk.

Hats off to Pastor Manning.  I like the calm way he informed the Vice Pretender and the Whatsanacki in Chief of his intentions to not let this subject die.
