If Affirmative Action in California has been repealed then why is Stanford University 10% Black non-Hispanic? http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/search/CollegeDetail.jsp?match=true&collegeId=3387&searchType=college&type=qfs&word=stanford%20university

Liberals never obey rules and laws they don't like.
We all need to pray for Barack Obama, may the Lord provide him a safe move back to Chicago in January 2,013.

Because Stanford is private and that law applies only to public schools.
Obama must use a magic 8-ball, because if he were flipping a coin he'd be right about half of the time.
