Yes,it really is.

You can catch fish up here and sell them to the Dept of Fish and WIldlife. Some guys make 30K I was told.

I bought one for only 50K myself, I've seen less or more or some the same price range.

There is forest all around out here. We have cyotes, cougers, eagles, hawks, racoons, etc, too.

There are houses for sale out here where Im at, if anyone cares....

How much, and what kind of houses? Near a forest?

I think it's awfully beautiful up there.

I'm envious, I wanna leave NYC to move to the hills too! Somewhere with a nice quiet lake surrounded by trees, where I can kick back on the porch and watch the sun set, aaaah.
Nuke the arabs till they glow, then shoot them in the dark.

Evreyone can move out here, if anyone needs help, let me know. Im in a SMALL conservative town, by a river, nice sunsets, peaceful, clean air. The cleanest water, they won an award. lol.
