9/11 trial: KSM walks and terrorists get vital intel?

Obama, Holder and the rest of the terror lovers continue to weaken U.S national security.  Do you think that Khalid Sheik Mohammed could actually be acquitted?  The government has to present evidence and, most of it, is probably classified intel.  In addition, there wasn't any Miranda Warning read, and also "allegations" of torture.  It's like the real defendant on trial is the U.S government and the Bush administration, not Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.  Refer to this article for further info:
