Greetings Chaim. What's a healthy way to deal with stress without self-harm or harming others? I've noticed people tend to have two ways of dealing with stress they can't immediately solve the source of, one is turning it inward and forming bad habits such as overeating or picking at their skin or even something as horrible as alcoholism, the other is turning it outward and yelling at, hitting, or otherwise harming others. One is not necessarily better or worse than the other, but both are harmful. I think many JTFers are under a lot of stress right now.

as you know, when the nuclei from the sperm and the egg combine, the resulting embryo is a very basic organism. Does it have a soul right then and there? I somehow think that in order for it to have a soul, it has to go through neurogenesis (creation of neurons, nerves, and the brain). It happens about 4 weeks in. without any sort of neural system, not only can an organism not think or feel, it isnt even aware of it's existence.

So Herman Cain thinks that Kissinger yimach shmo v'zichro is a great example of a foreign policy expert and wants him running the state dept.. Cain probably thinks that Kissinger is pro-Israel, with his FP-stupidity, I wouldnt put that past him, especially because most people think he is pro-Israel. Regardless of intentions, with someone this FP-dumb, its a guarantee that whoever is Sec. of state will run foreign policy, very dangerous to give that to a nazi like kissinger.  Very very disappointing, alright, start handing out nose-plugs because we probably have to support Romney now. The only thing that might get me back in Cain's camp is if he appoints John Bolton to head the state dept.

I was watching a movie in psychology class about an attempt to rehabilitate a child who is known by her nickname as "Genie". My commentary of the week:

I was watching the news the other day and there was a story how Shmuck Schumer was annoyed with the retail stores and their fine print policy for consumers who want to basically get financing to buy products for the holidays.  Many stores have policies where a person can basically finance a $1200 television set, for example, and pay $5 a month for it until it is paid off.  Of course there is a large interest rate that goes with these payments.  Schumer was annoyed that these interests rates were too high for these consumers and  that many of them were not aware of their rates.  So basically he wants to change things so that consumers will know what they are getting into before they buy products in this manner.  So now, what do we have here?  A government in debt, a bunch of students in debt, a bunch of banks in debt, a whole lot of countries in debt, and more people going into debt.  Whatever happened to saving our money or not spending it on things WE CANNOT AFFORD?! This is one of the things that are destroying our society-idolatry of materialism.  And when we ignore Gd and worship idols, we become slaves to evil governments.  We no longer know how to hold them accountable for their evil deeds.

Now my questions for the week?

1. Last week I asked about the "souls of unfertilized eggs and sperm."  What happens to the souls of babies and fetuses that come from fertilized eggs that were never born?  

2. Where do souls come from before they enter a fetus's body?  What were these souls before they entered the body of the fetuses?  If souls are not recycled, could it be true that like Gd, souls are also limitless?  

3. Is it true that before 40 days from conception, Judaism allows removal of a fetus?

4. Please give us a Dvar Torah on this week's Torah and Haftorah portion.

1) We have all heard that you are not allowed to make aliyah to Eretz Yisrael. This fact is very upsetting to all of us because we believe that your mission requires you to be in the land. Just what exactly is preventing you from making aliyah? What law, what edict, by who, and what can we do to try to turn this decree around? Has there been any concerted attempt to lobby the government to reverse this decision? I realize that there are reasons that the government would not be very happy having you around, but we all hope that that soon will change...

2) What is your favorite story about Avaraham Avinu? Do you know anything about Eliezer? If so tell us what we can learn about this?

3) Do you have a favorite article written by Rabbi Kahane. I know that each and every article he wrote he wrote with divine inspiration but some of them are very concise and persuasive and I wonder what your favorite is.

Also I just want your response on something that happened in Britain.
  A guy called Ian Puddick found out his wife was having an affair with one of the managers at her company. Well thats bad enough, but as he made the very simple and reasonable request to the big boss of the company to move his wife to another department. Well the Boss agreed, said yes in the circumstances we can do that. The manager in question however, who was caught because he had sent pictures of himself flogging the log, playing the skin flute, beating the bishop and any other euphemism you care to think off: well he had a lot of friends in the senior police dept of london and shares in a high tech security firm called Kroll.

  The manager made a civil non violent harrasment claim against mr puddick, which is the wimpiest non-crime you could get accused off. Because of this Mr Puddicks home and office were raided by the counter terrorism squad. All his machines were siezed in operation Bohan, an operation that cost ONE MILLION pounds.
  When he first made a video and a website exposing this story he was arrested again on trumped up charges. Had all his offices raided again.
The Police all then LIED in court saying they had found Class A drugs.

1)  I went out with this beautiful young Russian woman. Things went great. Then she stood me up two times with no explanation. It would have been better if she told me she's not interested, than torturing me twice. I've heard you say you would sell weapons to certain countries who are fighting muslims.
