This is humorous because it demonstrates how a muslim who is engaging in Taqiya/Lying for Islam attempts to evade the question, and in his reply tries to white-wash the evil of Islam. Basically he supports killing any non-Muslim because any human who does not accept the wickedness of mohamud and his moon-gourd allach deserve death. islam is among the sickest of all faiths and that people today actually call it the 'religion of peace' just goes to show how upside-down this world has become.
