This video has an extremely graphic scene toward the end so I won't be watching the rest of the movie.

It's true that there have been and probably still are evil programs intended to harm black people:

I had this awful nightmare one time that involved an underdeveloped black baby that had been born alive after an abortion (like the guy in the video) but nobody tried to save him, instead he was dumped into a big garbage can and he was struggling to breathe because his lungs weren't developed enough and nobody had suctioned his nostrils out. Then as he was waving an arm up a bunch more dead babies were dumped on top of him. I woke up after that. I think what really upset me about that dream is that I didn't know if it was just a dream or if I had been seeing something that was actually happening somewhere. I've heard enough stories to know that just that kind of thing really happens and so I guess that's one reason it bothers me more to see images of dead babies like that.
