I always think it's great to see people of advanced age who are still healthy and alert who are good people.

He's really right about how there can never be peace with the Arabs.

He has seen every attempt at peace with the arabs fail, and after so many times, one has to just say it is not going to happen...

I think he made a good point about there being a Biblical reason for it too.

some people live so long; others die so young.  huh. 

But the real reason he survived for any length of time is that he came to Israel in 1937.  Had he stayed in Poland or Russia or wherever, he probably would have perished in the Shoah.

 I think he is Teimani (Yemenite). I dont know I might be wrong. Many of them live long healthy lives and stick strictly  to the Halachot of the Rambam including his Halahic rules and positions on healthy living including diet, exercise, hygiene, etc.
