Cops in Texas claim a man repeatedly raped an 11-year-old girl by breaking into her house while her mother was at work - and that she is now pregnant with his baby.
Deandre Devon Davis-Williams, 21, is accused of abusing the Houston pre-teen, after sneaking into her apartment through a back door, over the course of a year.
Ignoring her pleas to stop, he would force himself on her, police said.
Davis-Williams tried to convince her to keep the pregnancy a secret and threatened to kill himself if she told anyone.
Now, she is just days away from giving birth.
Officers said teachers at the girl's school became suspicious in January, and discovered she was seven months along.
Her mother was then told of the abuse.
"It's definitely one of the more heinous crimes we've seen," Sara Marie Kinney, from the Harris County District Attorney's Office, told KTRK-TV.
"It was about a year that this abuse was occurring continuously, very often," Kinney added, saying: "This case will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
Davis-Williams was arrested and charged with continuous sexual assault of a child. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
