Mr. Martinez I can assure you that Joe has not threatened you at all, and the fact that you have received Nazi like threats makes this certain, he is a Jewish man and would never stoop so low.

Infact Joe has actually created topics of discussion on the shareholders forum, one of the very few members that is interactive. Apart from that the forum seemed pretty dull.

Mr. Martinez, can't you settle an agreement?

Sarah, I have settled the matter with Mr. Martinez. In fact, I asked him to post something on this forum to get his side of the story out to a larger membership. Tonight in my building, the building reps will have a metting. I am planning to attend it. I will update you if this topic comes up.

Why is bill still living there, can they not revoke his membership in the co-operative because of threats?

Kelly they are afraid of a lawsuit. In 1999, the board election that year was delayed about 6 weeks because we didn't have enough ballots cast in the election. When we did, Bill lost the election for the 4th straight year. In his "mind", if the election was held on the orginail date, he would have won a spot on the board, He hired a lawyer and was going to sue on that basis, but, the management and board talked him out of it. The reason was that the board and management was going to evict him from the co-op.

I dont know alot about the politics of co-operatives, but I sure hope that it all straightens out for you, it doesnt sound like you are able to even enjoy your own home with all this going on.

I went to my building meeting tonight. Nothing new happened. I just didn't get a chance to tell my story, but, I told one of my neighbors about it and she couldn't believe this person was on the board.

Tonight and tomorrow night my co-op has these "Meet the Canidates" nights. I could go down and blast Bill Kregler if I want to. Most people here already knows what he is.
