The Judge in the case is ruling against him.
We all need to pray for Barack Obama, may the Lord provide him a safe move back to Chicago in January 2,013.

Apparently shooting jihadis wanting to kill Jews is a heinous crime in Israel.

Ultra chilonette Judge Maya Heller who convicted Azariah in a 2 1/2 hour dissertation, & her JAG sinecures Yaron Sitbon and Carmi Wahabi (an arab)

As most Israeli men (except for the irrelevant Haredim) have served in Zahal, this travesty has opened a running sore that could destabilize the Medina.

Zefat Chief Rabbi Eliyahu holds that the guilty verdict is against Torah, & even worse, against common sense!

If I had a son in Israel I would have trouble advising him to serve in the IDF

The fact that 30% of the Jews didn't think he should be pardoned makes me sick.  30% is an awful lot of ghetto Jews.

With his level of zechut, this heroic soldier merits a reward in this world and needless to say in the world to come!

In 1995, when Algerian terrorist Khaled Kelkal was intercepted by French soldiers at a bus station, a video was filmed after an initial exchange of gunfire.

After Kelkal was hit, a soldier can be heard yelling: "Finish him! Finish him!"

In that case, the military hierarchy protected the soldiers and there was no prosecution.
