Much like in the upcoming Canadian election and next year's U.S. Presidential election,  there's no GOOD outcome in the Israeli election.  It comes down to what's the best of the unfavorable outcomes.
"Israel's leaders seem to be more afraid of Obama than they are of G-d. Now we're getting to the real root of the problem. Secular politics won't save Israel. Denying the divine nature of the Jewish State has brought Israel neither stability nor peace. When that changes Israel will finally be blessed with both in abundance"-----------NormanF   ( Posted on Israel Matzav's Blog )

In that case it will be like the American election, the population will not gain any knowledge as to what a good policy is, just argue about what is worse. I could follow Canadian politics if I cared about an election, as South Park puts it, between a turd sandwich and a giant [censored].

Only if his party votes in favor of it in a referendum on Sunday.   It is the Zehut party's choice now.
