You know exactly why he is doing this.   It's the same old carrot and stick approach of US foreign policy.  He will threaten and cajole the Saudis behind the scenes to be hostile to Israel and "EARN" their reward from the US for doing so.   In the process, he also strengthens his lovers the Iranian Mullahs.   The US State Dept have always been using Arab states as a battering ram to smash Israel into submission.

He did it not only for Iran, but also for Qatar. They made in Qatar big celebrations because the Demonrats "won" the election. IS and Al Quaida will be soon on the road again financed and directed by Qatar.

I fail to see how America selling advanced weaponry to Muslims makes anyone safer. He has done lots of other things for muslims, like his national security advisor position, but this one would be good if we weren't all guessing if he already gave weapons to ISIS or will soon.

It's actually quite comical to say Biden did something, he probably ate a rice pudding in plastic and complained about his private health issues.
