Strategic Haifa port could possibly be bought by the Turks
« on: November 18, 2021, 10:35:30 AM »
The port which was previously owned by the state is now going through a privatization process, so its under auction. The main contenders were an Emirati company and a Turkish-American consortium. The Emirati offer was rejected so now the Turkish company's consortium are the only contenders left.

The Haifa port is crucial to Israeli imports and exports in times of calm and even more so in times of war.

The interesting thing is until recently, there were serious fears raised about the security consequences of such a deal.

Today the 2 Israelis who were arrested by Turkey were suddenly released after the Israeli government spoke with the Turkish one.

Nobody knows what the Israeli government conceded in return for their release.

Could it be that they sold the Haifa port to the Turks for these moronic tourists?

It happened in 2020 when the previous PM Netanyahu gave the Alexander Compound in Jerusalem to Russia in return for another imbecile, Naama Issaschar, who was arrested at a Moscow airport while taking a connnection flight, for having a few grams of Marijuana in her bag.

No, that was the new private port that China built. A threat too, of course. But the one Im talking about here is the old state-owned port

Where are all those fat Jewish businessmen who got richer off their beloved Abraham Accords, to buy this port and make sure it remains in Jewish hands?

Very bad development. I hope somebody in Israel will stop this insanity!

 :usa+israel:                                                                                                                         :fist:

That should only happen G-d willing
that the insanity is stopped. First the
Netanyoyo/Trump Ibrahim “accords”
and now a seemingly unholy extension
of that which could G-d forbid result in
an uncontrolled fiasco!
