Albanians where Nazi colabolators, as that is what served their golas at the that time. The don't care about Nazi ideology, nor do they follow it to this day. They have their own goals, like The Great Albania, but are not Nazis.

Bosnian Muslims where aslo Nazi colabolators, as it had also served their goals of getting rid of Serbs and Jews from Bosnia and Hercegovina. But they are not followers of Nazi ideology to this day. They follow the Wahhabism, which is more of a terrorist ideoligy if anything. Their goal is creating the Islamic Califate of Bosnia and Hercegovina.

Germany had been denazified after WWII, so Germans are no longer Nazis, and they hate and condem their Nazi past. There are a had few of idiots in Germany, who follow the Nazi ideology, but those are just some powerless civilians, mostlly stupid kids. But such organisations are banned in Germany.
