Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) article 13 states that "[e]veryone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country."
Even if one had such a 'right' in actuality, the PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi case doesn't even meet the specific criteria because 'Palestine_' was never a country.
Does anyone else have an opinion on such an Orwellian concept?
