On Tuesday 18 Cheshvan (30/10/2007)(the day of the Yahrzeit) there will be a day of study and learning at the Yeshiva of the Jewish Idea, 11 Shmarya St. (Shmuel HaNavi/Arzei HaBira neighborhood), Jerusalem.

10:00 Individual study in the Beit Midrash and/or participation in the regular sheiur given at the Yeshiva
12:00 HaRav Yehuda Kroizer - Rosh Yeshiva
13:00 Mincha and light refreshments
13:30 HaRav Baruch Kahane (son of Rabbi Meir)
14:15 HaRav Yechiel Zitkin
15:00 Study of Mishnayot and recitation of Kaddish
15:15 Leave for Har HaMenuchot
16:00 Recitation of Tehillim at the gravesite
In addition, as in every year, the Kahane family invites the public to the "Heichal David" Halls, 14 Ohaliav St. in Romema, Jerusalem, at 18:00, for the main gathering/program.

There will be a special memorial program for Rabbi Kahane on Motzei Shabbat, 22 Cheshvan (3 November) at 7:45 p.m. at the Yeshiva of the Jewish Idea, 11 Shmarya St., Jerusalem.
