The Bezalel school

The Bezalel school was founded by Boris Schatz. Many of the older Bezalel pieces have become remarkably collectible and are of the highest quality. Some other great bezalel artists from the 20's are, Zeev Raban, Arthur Szyk, and Gur Aryeh.

yea the school was closed for a bit in the 50's but then reopened and operates today. The Pig and the Princess story.....
