I think that lack of normal relationships with members of the same gender. Meaning normal friendships is the root of the psychosis.   

It can't be innate because what man in his right mind would be attracted to other men?

I think its due to sexual liberty. It started with sex not being something spoken about publicly in society, and then once that was overcome people still want more liberty in some way and so they move to the extremes of being homosexual. Then once all the people in Hollywood are homosexuals, everybody stupid thinks it’s the “way” of the 21st century and almost fashionable.
