Why Am I banned on AOL

Hi, right now im using Mozilla Firefox, but when was on aol, it said that im banned -

" Sorry Tzvi Ben Roshel, you are banned from using this forum!
He is a nazi "

Can someone explain / fix?

This problem was frequent in the past. People would get banned by IP, and the IP would get recycled in a pool of IPs.

Okay now it says that im a spammer (on AOL). What should I do in the situation if im banned both on aol and Firefox?
