If you compute a financial ratio to measure liquidity and compare the value from one fiscal year to another and also to one company to another, how do you conclude whether the company has good or bad liquidity?  In doing a liquidity ratio, there isn't really a range of where you could conclude that it would definitely be liquid or illiquid.
