How many hours do you sleep each night when you have work the next day?

How many hours do you sleep each night, when you have work the next day?  I dont sleep enough, its killing me.  >:(

On average now 2-3 hours.

I have school and generally I get between 7-9 hours

4-6 hours before days when I have school.

I need to get more sleep as well.

On a Sunday I may take a "power nap" prior to going to work. But Monday-Friday I get in just about eight hours.

yea normally I get a decent sleep, but tonight i wont, because I have a ton of hw!!!!

oooh...some people need to get some more sleep! It's VERY important.

Since I stay at home all the time, usually 7-9 hrs of sleep.

wow, 2-3 hrs! Infidel, that's way too little!!! Please, get some more sleep!

I try for 7-8 hrs, but only get 5-6 certain days.

Sometimes, I don't even sleep and go to job,
just like that...Not very healthy.

8 hours a night average, on a school day. Weekend 9-10hours. I sleep whenever I can. :)


6-8 hours sleep is recommended with 10 for kids under 12.

Winston Churchill ran the country with 4 hours sleep a day and a couple of naps.

Napping is actually more efficient then sleep because you're brain can recharge and then work better for the next few hours.

The world record for staying awake is 11 days.

Scientists still can't figure out why our bodies need to sleep, specifically.

I don't sleep, I just plug myself in for 20 a day and get instantly recharged.
