There is alot of truth to that especially in Gaza, West Bank and Jordan. The Christian in Syria are also quite close with the Alawite regime. But the Copts in Egypt and Maronites in Lebanon don't seem to be as bad, probably because they are larger in numbers.

They read what they call the "Tanach" which clearly states that G-d gave the Jewish people Israel.
