According to the wickedpedia its Man O' War and then Secretariat Phar Lap while still very good was the least awarded of the three.

Phar Lap was a second rate horse that really can not be compared to Secretariat or Man O'War, Phar Lap ran at racetracks that had no competition so he looked like a superstar, most of the horses were broken down, low priced horses.
I can't believe how they chopped him up after he died, his parts are all over the place.
