Thats exactly it the its seen as the devils eye, I have a sister in law and I make sure the peacock feathers are in her view if she visits  :::D

Freaky, I have had a desk top image of that bird on my computer for several weeks now!  :( :o

It is a lovely animal though. How could anyone think of them as evil?

They're related to chickens, just more ornate.

I've seen some peacocks up close a few times.  Interesting creatures.  They seemed to be saying to me, "why do I have all these damn feathers."  Speaking of albinos, can nearly every animal be an albino, reptiles included?

Snakes are creatures to be totally respected, the peacock naturally kills snakes, reason why most were used on the estates of the White Raj.

My um..family member thats related to me somehow owned a peacock farm..I think its my great grandpa owned it and had about 100 peacocks  ;D
