In grade school, after school program, high school or college?

Do you like a sport or sports for physical fitness?

I played football and baseball in high school and enjoy hockey.

In high school, I did a couple of months of track and field.

While in New Zealand
Orienteering for the North Island, cross country running, Kayaking, white water rafting.

While in Australia
Kayaking, track and field, shooting, and archery.

Now its generally the gym, but only for upper body cause I can't for my left leg I have a slight tear in a ligament. It isn't big enough for surgery which I am not too keen on getting surgery anyways. And I love swimming in the summer.

Never been to a gym in my life, and never will go. I prefer to be outdoors.

But then again I am lucky I live in a country where is safer for women.

Now shooting, love swimming, but unfortunately here we only get a few months to use our pools

I play tennis since little, I was 5 yo when I started, at 17 I decided to finish my professional career in sports ( I always was ranked in top ten in my country), at 18 I started my coaching and umpiring career in tennis in paralel with Medical School... I run when time permits and go to the GYM....

trying to stay healthy as much as I can..

I was on my high school basketball and soccer teams, but alas wasn't good enough to make it when I reached college. Actually I never even tried out for these teams, but I assume so since it was Division I sports. I was also a hell of a punter in football.

I have participated in American Kenpo Karate, Gung Fu, Akidio, Isshinru Karate, Judo, to name a few over the years in the Military and Law Enforcement.

yes, I just dont care for public pools lol
Im not rich enough to have an indoor one in my house:P lol so I swim either at the beach or in my pool in the summer.

If someone gave me a million dollars to go to a NYC public pool I'd tell em keep the money. No way in hell.

Ocean water however if anyone is near a coast is excellent for you.

I dont live near an ocean, but I go to the beach at the lake, I live in between lake Ontario and lake Erie, Erie is warmer and the beaches are nicer.

Funny you should say that the warm weather and warmer waters are bringing the sharks in closer to land. And since I swim on the coast and not in the bay, we are getting more of them. I highly respect them.

Do you like sports drinks? I like Gatorade after a good work out.

Also Myoplex after a work out too.
