but yes, I have felt in the past that I have been figuratively stabbed in the back...The thing is, i don't remember who or what or when...I know i have moved on wtih my life and who knows what's going on with their's.

Yeah a number of people stabbed me in the back

My best friend when I moved down here, he was there for me when my father passed away, I bought him a car because he was poor, the conditions were that he would at least help us move into our new house or just pay a small percentage of the cost back over time. He never paid a dime, never helped us move, just flat out ignored me and that was that. Paid 20,000 dollars for that car too.

Another friend, a Puerto Rican I was friends with I played paintball with on a regular basis. I let him borrow my 1300 dollar paintball gun for a tournament, he was really busy (on vacation) and I didn't get ahold of him for about a month, I asked him about my gun and he said he left it at his friends and that he would get back to me. Come 3 months later he says his friend stole it, well he says he will pay me back or get me another gun and call me back. Never get a call so I go to his house a week later, his moms there telling me to leave or she will call the police.

Bottom line is, DTA (Don't Trust Anyone).

Many times. Though i cannot victimise myself to it, as i've stabbed people in the back before, not intentionally to hurt them, but it's happened. Sometimes you can twist yourself into a situation which ends up like that.

Well, that's largely allegorical, but yes - it is a Mitzvah D'oraisa (from the Torah directly) not to take revenge on a fellow Jew.
