Youtube make money anyhow, advertising revenue.. When you watcn videos, youtube have banners advertising some crap, and they get paid to advertise it.
Apparently youtube will be giving a proportion of that revenue to people with popular videos.
Videos have to be creative/original.

and 2 teenage boys making a sort of video diary of their life.
