Botox is being used to treat many illness, but anyone that uses it for cosmetic reasons deserves to have the side effects.

 :D  I panic when I have to have blood drawn for a test, I hate needles, no WAY anyone is sticking a needle full of poison in my face.

Yes if for non reconstructive medical reasons.

I believe plastic and cosmetic surgery has its place.

I have had cosmetic reconstructive surgery on my face, I have little to no bone, my cheek bone eye sockets are harden silicon.

Its painful, and scarring in more ways than one.

People who chose this road willing for non medical reasons are insane.
