I am not a big fan of cosmetic surgery just to improve one's looks.  I think most people should be happy with themselves.  Women can do a lot to improve themselves by getting good haircuts, working out, wearing flattering makeup and clothing.  But then again, I'm not old, and I think I'm decent looking.  So I don't know how critical I could really of some people who don't have the best looks, who want to improve their appearance.
