am begging you for help. its a life and death situation, and you guys are making stupid posts on stupid things, i thought JTF was a place of doing things and especially helping one another , but you guys talk about pointless things!

am not trying to say anything negative about this place, its a great place, but my friend might commit suicide, and hes a religious person who helped me understand about Judaism, heres the link if any one hasn't sen it

Not my problem, your friend will take his life or not, its up to him. You need a Rabbi to see him in person.

What's the big emergency? If they were never Halachacly married to begin with then the children are not Mamzerim. And who are you to get involved with other people's business?

Because it is something that a professional (Rabbi) who should be involved with in deciding the individual case. No one here is allowed to say permitted or assur on this case, + its not about him but his friend. Instead of being in a doubt, he will talk with and ask a Rav.

The question is what's wrong with you? We responded already to you. If the guy was never married Halachacly to begin with then the marriage is not considered a marriage and the person is not a Mamzer. But we don't know all the details about this case so go have your friend ask a Rabbi to decide this for him. The one sentence you wrote is insufficient information for even a Rabbi to give you a decision.

If someone is TRULY suicidal, shouldnt you be taking him, or encouraging him to seek immediate medical help....at the very least in a hospital they can prevent him from hurting himself right now.

Its not that life threating Boere, the person needs medical help. Nothing can be achieved on the forum.

He needs someone there, this pesron has had as much help as we can give. What to you suggest we do?
