When I do go to sleep, it's like going to the cinema!

I have dreams ranging from action adventures, to abstract yet funny experiences.

I love dreaming, because i feel like i'm not wasting time during my sleep because i can learn from the dreams.......

Rarly. But one of the reasons if someone frequently dreams is becuase of eating close to bed time, or worrying a lot - the type of dreams that happen during the first 1/3 of the night (they have no meaning).

Even if remembered clearly? How are you meant to know the time at which you dream....usually it's just before you wake up because then most people's dreams are cut.

I kind of enjoy my dreams, when they're nice....so i don't see how it is a result of worrying.

Well maybe its the coffee, but in many dreams I have, I see people that have past in my life. Mainly my father, and over the last 11 years I have never once felt I have lost him.

I remember saying to him in a dream he was died, and he said yes I know.

Thats about the time you write these ideas down for a either comedy movie or action. Thats what most screenplay writers do. just a suggestion  ;) 8) ??? ::) :-\ ^-^ 8;) O0

I dream everytime I sleep. Like Skippy, I have had the most dreams about relatives who passed away; like my dad and grandmother. I always see my dad as I did the last time I saw him. I even remember having a horrible dream about my mom's ex-boyfriend where he started beating me. I called my dad's name and he took me out of that dream and placed me in another one which had a safer environment. Before the dreams of him were over, I'd always see him walking away dressed to the nines in beige khaki pants, matching shoes and argyle sweater; turning around once to wink at me. I wished he was around the other night when I had a terrible dream that one of my oldest girls was attacked.

Most everybody dreams every time they sleep (REM sleep). They just don't recall (lucid dreaming) it every time.

  I remember I read it somewhere...so, could be like you said...let's face it, in US people are overusing antidepessant meds...I wonder why is that so? ::)
