Cheney is a phony. 

He pretended to be a supporter of Israel by supporting a phony group called the "Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs"--a group that claims to support Israel's national security and against surrendering territory. 

And he also was one of the people who signed a letter that was written about ten years ago (I think by Rumsfeld), that insisted Pollard remain in jail.
