I also like to restore old pictures using my photoshop.
Here is one I restored for a neighbor:

I also can sometimes make improvements in old pictures.
My grandmother, in her college grad pic, had one of those awful, high 'helmet' 60's hairdos. She wanted me to give her a little bit more of a subdued hairdo:

I love to 'fix' photographs. If any of you have an antique photo you'd like me to try to fix, or a picture you'd like improved (like modify hairdos, take off weight, remove items from background, etc), I'll try to do it for you. I'm just an amateur at this, and some I just can't fix. LOL
