milkshake-  2 cups of milk, 2 bananas, 4 scoops of muscle builder.. 
a 1200 calory shake.

I have at times routinely had that minus the mudcle builder.

I can`t remember if I had 1 pint or 2 pints or 1.5 pints.
A spoonful of peanut butter, and some olive oil in there too.

the peanut butter might cause zits though so i tended to avoid that.
the bit of olive oil, cannot taste it and it`s healthy.

I stopped doing it cos it took  too long to clean the blender thing.  I have a weird blender.


I agree wit the other guy that said he hates eating at home.. and the eating out he likes, but he doesn`t do it often..  feel sorry for the guy though, force feeding himself 7000 cal @ home !!!!!

Men are big little boys. These are just men that are satisfying themselves with food, like Kings.

They are in a situation void of women or adult like decisions. Nothing wrong with being a "little boy" in that situation.

In most social situations people are in, there is somebody else at the table that changes things, but in this case there wasn`t.  The conversation was lacking, but they were getting their satisfaction from the food, not the conversation. They had to concentrate on the food, and be a bit competitive in their eating.

You didn`t have the dirty old man, or the horny youth, the intellectual, the witty joker, or the babbling woman, at the table. It was just a bunch of guys who were there to eat like crazy, and enjoy their food, in the company of other like-minded people.

If they weren`t living up to their responsibilities, then maybe you could criticise them for being little boys.. It`s not nice, but maybe. But I think this was just a social situation you couldn`t relate to.

There are many different ways to be physically strong, it's all about muscle memory

neurological aspect is big.. And people who do low reps use that. There are some very strong people with small biceps.

But muscle mass helps too. All the world strongest men are massive. And have large biceps.

People who workout to not increase bicep size, must be limiting themselves strength-wise.

I must stress though the vast majourity of women won`t get -huge- biceps even if they try  (not without gender bender drugs anyway). And if they take it to the limit and get like Linda Hamilton / sarah connor in terminator 2, then in a 2 month break they would prob return to normal. No need for them to worry!

weightlifters consume lots of calories, and get lots of fat, and excess calories.

I WORK NIGHTS NOW I USED TO WORK DAYS I LEFT WORK AT 5PM WENT TO GYM GOT HOME AT 9;30 PM.I KNOW A THORACIC SURGEON COMES TO GYM 4X A WEEK
