question for our non Jewish friends on this forum

 :)
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

In your heart you know WE are right and in your guts you know THEY are nuts!

QUESTION: WHO WERE WE?

I do not have any Jewish blood connection but another type of much puzzling ancient connection. There is a unique similarity that the Jews and my ancestors both migrated out of Egypt during ancient times (may be at different times). My ancestors returned straight back to India.

One of our scripture says that our ancestors were chosen priests (anywhere from South of Caspian Sea to South India) and send to Egypt around approximately 3102 BC to correct the religious degeneration occurring there. The ancient Egypt has been named as "Mishr" exactly in line with our original and existing surname.

Then the tradition says that we stayed and established the system for long enough but ultimately migrated out of Egypt to India when the righteousness was lost, systems were broken, anarchy and chaos took over.

I am unable to understand whether we migrated from Egypt when Hyksos Kings captured Egypt (I do not think), or with Moses (may not be possible, otherwise I would had been a Jewish or possibly that we directly moved to India), or when Nubians became Kings, or when Persia captured Egypt (may be possible), or when Alexander or Coptic took over Egypt (may be possible) or when Muslamics attacked Egypt (the ultimate possibility).

The problem is that within India, people have a scanty knowledge of this episode, whereas Muslamics and Parsi (ancient Persians) knew us very well. No better knowledge is available on this topic as our surname belongs to only 1 to 2 million of population and we are fully assimilated back and accepted integrally within the orthodox mainstream community since long.

My humble question is that is there anything that the Jewish know about us in the history. How do they recognize or understand us. Especially please help tell us about the time period when we migrated out of Egypt. What exactly is Misraim and were we somehow connected with it.

Just for a clue, I guess that we were somehow connected with the same “Mishrikh” peoples about whom the False Prophet 1400 years ago declared that “We are surrounded all over by Mishrikh and we shall fight them all around”.

For further clue, it is least likely that our ancestors were involved in animal killings or such sacrifices or any type of killings.  It is also most probable that they were not eating the meat. If such a ritual was at all required, then it would have been done at very special occasions.

Now I wish and request if some light is thrown on this hidden topic. May it be a factual knowledge or genuine guesswork.

I will absolutely not mind even if we are presented or existed in the negative light.

Or I can be informed to visit some other thread on this forum for better information.

With Regards… :)

This would be no reason for me to convert. There are a lot of myths in a lot of European families  ;D
