What does it mean if you are born or die on a religious day ?

I am asking this because i heard if you die on a very holy day you go straight to heaven .

What are your thoughts on that?

I am not sure this concept has any valid sources. If someone is an evil beast, I doubt the day of his death would affect his punishment. For instance any day that Ehud Smolmert or Shimon Peresite drops dead, their hell would be equally as great.

I know that Moses was born and die the same day: 7th of Adar So maybe this is a sign he was a real Tzadik! Also, who was or will die in sabbath is Tzadik (Chazal said that, not me alone)!

Do you refer to Judaism or Christianity?

I don't know that much about Judaism but at least in Christianity I'm pretty sure that it is nonsense.

Unless you can find hints in the scriptures.

This concept is pure nonesense!
It certainly does not line up with the scriptures - Tanach or New Testament!
It is nothing more than superstition!

The day a person dies mean it is the day when they completed their mission in this world. If that falls on a particular holiday this means their mission was connected somehow with the purpose of that holiday. This does not mean however that the person was perfectly righteous just because they died on that day as we know many unrighteous people have died on every day of the calendar year.

 who was or will die in sabbath is Tzadik (Chazal said that, not me alone)! 

 Actually im not soo sure about that. It says in 1 place ( I believe in the end of Berachot) discussing when people are born and the Mazel they have. It says the one who is born on Shabb-t will die on Shabb-t, why? Because since he caused desecration of Shabb-t (which technically is allowed, in this case but still), he is destined to die on Shabb-t. And the communteries say that he can change that if he is a Tzaddik (not to die on Shabb-t, and be buried quicker). So this source would imply that dieng on Shabb-t isn't that great.

It means nothing (although perhaps one may derive all sort of symbolism from it but still depending on the individual). Since by free choice granted to man, it is the actions of the individual which are used to determine his righteousness.
