Pick some of the top places on Earth that are good for vacationing

and some of the worst places on Earth that are bad for vacationing

Good : U.S Rockies, most of Western Europe.. (preferably the Alps and Scandinavia), Japan, Korea, Argentina and Chile ... ok, so I'm a little bias towards good ski areas  ;D

Bad: Is it necessary to explain?
