Warior Diet

If anybody out there is looking to shed some fat, look into The Warrior Diet.  I have lost almost 25lbs in a little over two months.  The gentleman who created it was a former member of the Israeli Special Forces.  It's a unique plan, but it works.

I lost 67 pounds in the course of three weeks just by doing what i normally do and i did not go on a diet or take diet pills

what is done during the diet how does it work?

The theory is based on the diet of how the ancient Romans ate.  The diet is divided into a under eating phase during the day, which cleanses and detoxes the body.  You only consume light foods, i.e. raw veggies, some fruit and light protein, such as yogurt or unprocessed whey protein.  Then there is an evening phase of overeating, where consume a large sized meal, first with salad or veggies, then protein, and then a carbohydrate.  This phase actually helps rev up your metabolism.  You can eat as much as you want in the evening phase, just as long as it is from the right foods.  Sound odd.  But it works.

This may actually be an ideal choice because I have always tended to have my largest meal in the evening, which is when I tend to be the most hungry.  Ironically, I have often read that this is not healthy, but if this guy's on board with that, I'll trust him, LOL.  AH, how did you lose 67 lbs. in 3 weeks?  That sounds pretty dramatic.   O0

Normal stuff i had a lite breakfest at 5:30 am A average size lunch at 12:00pm and dinner around 8:30 pm

All i did was work at my job

Well, congrats on the weight loss.  It's impressive, but don't lose too much more that quickly.  I've read it can be unhealthy to lose too much, too soon. O0
