I think there are two kinds of love.

1. The openly showed love to our brothers and 2. the love that wishes the enemy to repent and to come on the good way back (If he did not something unforgivable).

I believe the showed love belongs only to our brothers.

Brothers are Christians and Jews.

Christians in Jesus and Jews in the faith of Abraham, Isaak and Jakob.

Paulus wrote about the order of the church-community.

There he says that if somebody is really evil, we are not allowed to associate with him. We are forbidden to meet him, eat with him, invite him etc.

So I think we Christians have to see the Gospels in the light of the letters of Paulus and in the light of the "Apostles Story" of Luke.

Muzzies, Nazis and Socialists are no part of the showed love at least they repent totally.

We Christians are clearly not allowed to associate with them We have to avoid them.

I have found a chapter about this issue. It deals with immoral behaviour. If Paulus is here so strict, how more he would be on a Muzzie:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.Korinther 5 (KJV)   Kapitel

1 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife. 2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, 4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. 6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. 9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In addition to that I know some Christs, who doesn't shake hands with evil people. I.e. Closed Brethren Community (followers of Darby).

Jesus, according to the New Testament, said "He who lives by the sword, shall die by the sword".

He also said that his followers "...should turn the other cheek...seventy times seven times...".

He never said don't kill Muslims after turning your cheek to them 490 times!

Muslim Terrorist attacks long ago surpassed "attack #491".

And if those living by the sword are fated to die by the sword, then implied is that those practicing violence must be eliminated with violence.

If violent people are to be vanquished with violence, then it is implied that there will be, and must be, armed opposition to terrorism.

With regards to "loving your enemy and praying for them", this can be done after you've killed them.

It appears to me that what is not stated by Jesus is left open to interpretation, and I have yet to find a New Testament passage suggesting that Christians must submit to annihilation without self defense.

IIC -  you have to remember something, the New Testament did NOT omit the Tanach. Christians still have to abide by the Tanach as well as the New. Do you really think the American Revolutionaries and South African Boeres were turning the other cheek to the British?

I am sure the right thing to do is to fight against your enemies.
Turkey must get out of NATO. NATO must get out of Kosovo-Serbia. Croats must get out of Crajina. All muslims must get out of Christian and Jewish land. Turks must get out of Cyprus. Turks must get out of "Istanbul". "Palestinians" must get out of Israel. Israel must become independent from USA.

Jesus did say to love our enemies, that doesn't mean we have to like them or be friendly toward them.  We can pray for them in the hope that they will turn away from their demonic religion (in the case of Muslims), and repent and serve the True and Living God.  Loving the person, that is to be concerned for their immortal soul, doesn't mean we have to love or accept their actions.

Jesus said to turn the other cheek.  That is personal guidance.  If someone hits me personally, I can turn the other cheek.  He never said we were to stand idly by and watch someone attack our loved ones, our friends or our fellow countrymen.  It is possible to love your enemy and still fight them, even kill them, if they refuse to end their assault against those we care for.

The Founding Fathers of the USA were of the Christian Faith.  What is the REAL question here?  The question REALLY is: Do you love the fact that you have killed a person?
The answer undeniably is No.
I know many men that serve in Iraq and Afghanistan, and there is NO love in having to kill your enemies, these men have the best hearts, they are often holy men, that believe in G-d. Period.  They KNOW the difference between murder, and kill.. they are the FIRST to come out to bat against abortion- Why? They KNOW that it is murder, when a woman PRE-MEDITATES murdering a baby- who knows this better than a soldier?  "G-d is ALWAYS on the side of the Strongest Batallion"  And, yes, the N.T. DOES say: 'I have not come to bring peace, but a SWORD'  it is also written: 'Carry your SWORD'  G-d IS A G-d of SELF-DEFENSE, when the nations that HE set up are under attack.
The Constitution was inspired by the Judeao and Christian Faiths.. If Gen. Washington, and the continental Army had turned the other cheek against England, there would be NO America.  I have turned my cheek, usually I do it with a look of DISGUST at the person, I have also turned my other cheek when in H.S. as a girl was getting ready to slap my face, in a fight ( I DIDNT GET HIT- and BECAUSE I turned the other cheek AWAY, I was able to SOCK her so that she might gather some SENSE!!!)  Look at that passage with NEW eyes, Our G-d does NOt expect us to be WALKING MATS!!! Yes, I have had friends that have wronged me, YES, I have 'forgiven it' as I have ALSO hurt others feelings before, I apologized, and my apology was accepted.
This passage is VERY OUT OF CONTEXT. >:(

I believe that a Christian should forgive others when it comes to personal, one-on-one situations, and keep trying to live a Godly life  and try to show love to others. If someone wrongs you, the Christian teaching is not to wrong them back but to show them kindness and forgiveness.

Christians should however know the difference between that and defending yourself. It's not about being a doormat, it's about having the God-given strength not to exact revenge over petty slights and leave it in God's hands.

When it comes to defending your people, your nation, and even your personal safety, you shouldn't let people harm those things. There are situations when you must fight back with everything you've got. This is not revenge though, this is defense.

You are a very awesome writer, and I agree 100%. It is WEAK to NOT be able to accept apology from friends and family, and forgive them if they have hurt you, it shows a great amount of strength.  YES- ALWAYS defend your nation in ANY means possible.

i picked option 4...I let Gd be the judge of people as much as possible...it's the actions which i desire to hate.
